Temple Cleanse 2019: Diet Plan
Diet Plan for 2019
Week 1: March 6 – 16
- Drink at least 20 oz. of water.
- No more sugary Drinks. This includes Soda’s, and fruit juices of all kinds.
- Eliminate adding sugars to foods as well.
- No more cookies, cakes, and pies.
Week 2: March 17 – 23
- Drink at least 30 oz. of water.
- Say goodbye to Mr. Sugar and his cousins Splenda, Equal, Sweet Low, and all other artificial sweeteners. Avoid foods that are processed and unnatural flavorings.
- This includes dipping sauces.
Week 3: March 24 – 30
- Drink at least 50 oz. of water.
- No more fried foods.
- Add at least 5 servings of vegetables to your meals.
Week 4: March 31 – April 6
- Drink at least 70 0z of water each day.
- No more white potato, white rice, white bread or white pasta.
Week 5: April 7 – 13
- No more dairy.
- No more milk or cheese.
Week 6: April 14 – 21 (Easter)
- No more bread (all types), pasta, or rice of any kind.
- No meat except fish.
